- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp cornflour (mixed with water for thickening)
- Fresh spring onions for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Vegetable Balls:
- Combine vegetables: In a mixing bowl, combine finely chopped vegetables, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, salt, black pepper, cornflour, and all-purpose flour.
- Shape the balls: Mix everything well, then shape the mixture into small balls (bite-sized).
- Deep fry: Heat oil in a pan or wok for deep frying. Fry the vegetable balls until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Prepare the Gravy:
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add chopped onions and capsicum, sauté until they soften.
